The 2500 super power cementing truck independently developed by Sinopec Machinery Corporation successfully completed the cementing construction of shale gas wells in Weiyuan, Sichuan, opening a new cementing era of "small well field and large operation" of shale gas exploitation in Sichuan and Chongqing. The single unit power of the cementing truck reaches 2500 HP, which is more than 4 times higher than that of the conventional model, and the slurry mixing capacity is increased by 76%. The single unit power and slurry mixing capacity are the first in the world. This marks that Sinopec leads the world in the R & D capacity of petroleum machinery cementing equipment.

Previously, the single unit power of conventional cementing equipment on the market was only 600 HP, and the slurry mixing capacity was 2.3 m3 / min, which was difficult to meet the cementing construction environment and performance requirements of domestic shale gas work areas. Foreign manufacturers lack market power in developing high-power vehicle mounted cementing equipment, and there has been no major breakthrough.

With the acceleration of the development of Sichuan Chongqing shale gas and Xinjiang ultra deep oil and gas, the frequency of cementing operations in ultra deep wells and complex formations is becoming higher and higher. High pressure, large displacement and long-term uninterrupted operation have become difficult problems in cementing construction.

Previously, 4-8 conventional cementing trucks were usually used to operate at the same time due to power limitation of single machine single pump cementing truck and double machine double pump cementing truck. In addition, the well access road at the operation site in Sichuan is tortuous, the well pad space is small, the pipeline connection is complex, and the operation cost is high.

Now, one 2500 super power cementing cement truck can complete large displacement, high pressure cement injection and slurry replacement operations. While reducing traffic and on-site safety risks, it can also realize cementing construction of small well field, deep well and complex well.
